After completing my training in gastronomy and gaining my first experiences in Italy and France, I came to Switzerland to continue my journey.
My passion for dough led me to study the chemistry behind it in depth.
Here, I have taken part in several competitions and received awards that have further strengthened my commitment and vision.
Creativity is my passion.
From graphic design to organization to administration, I have learned through various experiences how to bring innovation to our project.
My goal is to make each product stand out through meticulous, high-quality service – where every detail makes a difference.
